Ingredients
- 4 to 6 medium potatoes
- 4 eggs
- 2 or 3 pickles
- 1/2 chopped carrot
- 1 small onion, chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 c. mayonnaise
Method
- Boil eggs and potatoes, then cut up.
- Chop onion and carrot. In separate bowl, put 2 cups mayonnaise and 1 tablespoon juice of pickles and 1 teaspoon mustard; salt and pepper.
- Mix well, then add to salad mix.
