Ingredients
- 3 medium size potatoes
- 3 Tbsp. vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. salad oil
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 2 tsp. prepared mustard
- 4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2/3 c. salad dressing
- 1/3 c. cream
Method
- Boil potatoes until tender.
- Mix together the vinegar, salad oil, salt, sugar and prepared mustard.
- Pour this over the potatoes which have been diced and marinate overnight in refrigerator.
- To this, add chopped celery, carrots, sweet pickles, hard-boiled eggs, onion, salad dressing and cream.
- After mixing, refrigerate if you are not going to serve right away.
