Ingredients

  • 3 medium size potatoes
  • 3 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. salad oil
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. sugar
  • 2 tsp. prepared mustard
  • 4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2/3 c. salad dressing
  • 1/3 c. cream

Method

  • Boil potatoes until tender.
  • Mix together the vinegar, salad oil, salt, sugar and prepared mustard.
  • Pour this over the potatoes which have been diced and marinate overnight in refrigerator.
  • To this, add chopped celery, carrots, sweet pickles, hard-boiled eggs, onion, salad dressing and cream.
  • After mixing, refrigerate if you are not going to serve right away.
