Ingredients
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 (16 oz.) can fruit cocktail
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine
- 1/2 c. evaporated milk
- 2 1/3 c. coconut
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts
- 1/2 c. sugar
Method
- Combine cake mix, undrained fruit, 1 cup coconut and eggs. Blend and pour into 9 x 13-inch greased and floured pan.
- Sprinkle with brown sugar and nuts.
- Bake at 325° for 45 minutes.
