Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. potatoes, peeled and grated
- 1 small onion
- 2 to 3 Tbsp. sour cream
- 4 to 6 Tbsp. flour
- 1 egg, whipped
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Mix ingredients together.
- Drop into hot oil and fry approximately 4 minutes on each side.
- (You can also grate carrots and/or zucchini into mixture.)
