Ingredients
- 2 c. grated potatoes
- 3 Tbsp. grated onion
- 1 slightly beaten egg
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 2 tsp. milk
- 2 Tbsp. bacon drippings
Method
- Mix together; blend well.
- Preheat frying pan and melt enough bacon drippings to cover lightly the bottom of the pan.
- Two tablespoons mixture makes a nice size pancake.
- Cook over medium heat until golden brown.
