Ingredients
- 3 medium potatoes
- 3 oz. Velveeta cheese
- 1/3 c. plain flour
- 1 egg
- pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tsp. oil
Method
- Peel and grate the potatoes into a bowl.
- Grate the cheese in with potatoes.
- Add flour.
- Add egg.
- Add salt and pepper.
- Add oil; mix thoroughly.
- Fry in margarine on medium heat in nonstick pan.
- Makes 6 patties.
