Ingredients
- 4 c. mashed potatoes (use Russet kind)
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/2 c. flour
Method
- Cook potatoes with skins on.
- Then peel and mash.
- Mix all ingredients together and roll into balls.
- Roll balls into flour. Drop into boiling water and cook about 10 to 15 minutes or until they float to the top.
