Ingredients
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 c milk
- 1 c crushed saltine crackers
- 1 17-oz can creamed corn
- 1/4 c chopped onion
- 1 Tbs margarine, melted
- 3/4 tsp salt
- dash of pepper
Method
- Combine egg, milk, 2/3 c cracker crumbs, salt, and pepper. Stir in corn and onion.
- Mix well.
- Put in 1 qt. casserole dish. Toss melted butter with remaining cracker crumbs.
- Sprinkle on top of corn mixture.
- Bake at 350 for 65-70 minutes.
