- 1 stick oleo, melted
- 1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
- 1 carton sour cream
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 10 oz. grated American cheese
- 1 large pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes
- 2 c. crushed corn flakes
- 1/2 c. melted oleo
Method
- Thaw potatoes.
- Mix 1 stick oleo, soup, sour cream, salt, pepper, onion, cheese and potatoes.
- Place in large baking dish. Combine corn flakes and 1/2 cup melted oleo; spread on top of potato mixture.
