Ingredients
- 8 to 10 cooked, skinned, cooled, grated white Rose potatoes
- 1 lb. grated cheese
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 3 green onions, chopped
Method
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Put in 9 x 13-inch Pyrex dish. Top with 1 cup crushed corn flakes, mixed with 1/8 cup melted butter.
- Bake 45 minutes at 350°.
