Ingredients
- 1 pkg. hash brown potatoes
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1 stick butter
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 c. grated sharp cheese (8 oz.)
Method
- Mix all
- ingredients together. Bake for 1 hour at 350° in a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
