Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. oleo
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 pt. sour cream
  • 1 (10 oz.) jar nut filling

Method

  • Cream oleo and sugar.
  • Add eggs and vanilla and beat well. Stir dry ingredients together and add alternately with sour cream. Pour half of batter into 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan lined with greased foil.
  • Spoon half of nut filling over batter.
  • Add remaining batter and top with rest of nut filling.
  • Bake at 350° for one hour or until tester comes out clean.
  • Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
