Ingredients
- 1/2 c. oleo
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 pt. sour cream
- 1 (10 oz.) jar nut filling
Method
- Cream oleo and sugar.
- Add eggs and vanilla and beat well. Stir dry ingredients together and add alternately with sour cream. Pour half of batter into 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan lined with greased foil.
- Spoon half of nut filling over batter.
- Add remaining batter and top with rest of nut filling.
- Bake at 350° for one hour or until tester comes out clean.
- Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
