Ingredients
- 1 large pkg. hash brown O'Brien potatoes
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 c. sour cream
- 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 can mushroom soup, diluted with 1/2 can milk
Method
- Thaw potatoes completely.
- Melt margarine and pour over potatoes (in large baking 9 x 13-inch dish).
- Stir in sour cream, cheese and soup.
- Top with crushed corn flakes.
- Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
