Ingredients

  • 1 large head cauliflower
  • 3 carrots
  • 1 large green pepper
  • 3 large celery sticks
  • 3 radishes
  • 1 large onion
  • 2 Tbsp. pimento
  • 1 large tomato
  • 1 bottle Zesty Italian dressing
  • 1 Tbsp. seasoned salt

Method

  • Wash, dice and cut up all vegetables into bite size pieces. Place in a large covered bowl.
  • Sprinkle seasoned salt over vegetables and stir.
  • Pour the entire bottle of dressing over the mixture and blend well.
  • Cover tightly and refrigerate overnight. Before serving, stir to coat vegetables.
