Ingredients

  • 2 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 c. peanut butter
  • 1 c. soft margarine
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 lb. powdered sugar
  • 12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate
  • 1 c. peanut butter

Method

  • Mix graham cracker
  • crumbs, 1 cup peanut butter, margarine and
  • vanilla
  • together.
  • Then add powdered sugar and mix well. Pat into a jelly roll pan.
  • In saucepan, over low heat, mix semi-sweet chocolate and peanut butter.
  • When melted, pour over peanut butter mixture and cool.
  • This can be refrigerated or frozen.
  • But, do not stack!
