- 2 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 2 c. peanut butter
- 1 c. soft margarine
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 lb. powdered sugar
- 12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate
- 1 c. peanut butter
Method
- Mix graham cracker
- crumbs, 1 cup peanut butter, margarine and
- vanilla
- together.
- Then add powdered sugar and mix well. Pat into a jelly roll pan.
- In saucepan, over low heat, mix semi-sweet chocolate and peanut butter.
- When melted, pour over peanut butter mixture and cool.
- This can be refrigerated or frozen.
- But, do not stack!
