Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. finely ground cabbage
- 2 Tbsp. salt
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 3 c. Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 1/2 c. vinegar or lemon juice
Method
- Put cabbage in a large bowl. Sprinkle salt and sugar
- over it. Let stand about one and a half hours in a cold place. Drain well. Combine sweetened condensed milk and vinegar. Pour over cabbage. Toss with a fork. Keep cold until ready to serve.
