Ingredients
- 2 lb. pkg. hash brown potatoes
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 8 oz. grated American cheese
Method
- Stir together and put in baking dish.
- Sprinkle bread crumbs on top.
- Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
