Ingredients
- 2 lb. bag hash brown potatoes
- 1 stick butter
- 1 medium onion
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 small cartons sour cream (room temperature)
- 2 c. grated cheese
- 2 c. corn flakes
- 1/4 stick butter
Method
- Melt butter in baking dish; add hash browns.
- Place diced onions on top.
- Mix cream of chicken soup and sour cream together and spread over potatoes.
- Spread cheese over everything.
- Melt butter and mix with corn flakes.
- Pour over top.
- Bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes.
