Ingredients
- 1 pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine
- 1 (8 oz.) sour cream
- 1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
Method
- Place potatoes in casserole dish and dot with butter.
- Mix together sour cream and cream of chicken soup.
- Spread over potatoes. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 350° for 50 minutes.
