Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. Salt
- 1 Tbsp. Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Red pepper
- 3 x Cloves garlic, chopped
- 1/2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce Pepper sauce to make paste
Method
- Combine ingredients using only sufficient pepper sauce to create thick paste.
- Make small slits in meat and stuff with paste.
- Smoke meat 10 to 12 hrs.
