Ingredients
- 32 oz. frozen hash browns, completely thawed
- 1/2 c. chopped onions
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 1 stick Cracker Barrel Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 1 1/2 c. crushed potato chips
Method
- Mix first 5 ingredients and 1/2 of the butter.
- Place in 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Combine remaining butter and chips.
- Place on top. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
