- 2 (12 oz.) pkg. frozen hash browns, thawed
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 2 c. cheese, grated
- 1/2 c. onion, chopped
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 Tbsp. margarine, melted
- 1/2 c. corn flakes, crushed
- 2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
Method
- Combine potatoes with soup, sour cream, cheese, onion, margarine and seasonings.
- Pour into 9 x 14-inch dish.
- Combine flakes with margarine.
- Sprinkle over top.
- Bake 1 hour at 350°.
