Ingredients
- 2 lb. frozen hash browns
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1/4 c. onion
- 4 oz. sliced mushrooms
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Combine all ingredients except cheese and put in a 13 x 9-inch greased casserole.
- Top with cheese and paprika.
- Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
- Serves 12.
