Ingredients
- 1 (2 lb.) bag hash brown potatoes
- 2 cans mushroom soup (undiluted)
- 1 can milk
- 1/2 stick butter
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 2 medium onions, cut up
- salt and pepper to taste
- mild Cheddar cheese (for topping)
Method
- Combine all ingredients, except cheese, in dish.
- Bake in a 350° oven for one hour (plus or minus).
- Add cheese.
- Bake in oven for 10 minutes to melt cheese.
