Ingredients
- 2 (12 oz.) pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
- 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
- 1/4 c. chopped green onions
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. grated cheese
Method
- Combine all ingredients, except cheese, and pour into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
- Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
- Just before removing from oven, top with cheese.
