Ingredients
- 2 pkg. yeast
- 1 c. warm water
- 3/4 c. lard
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. boiling water
- 6 c. plain flour
Method
- Pour boiling water over lard, sugar and salt; let cool. Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water.
- Add eggs that have been slightly beaten to first mixture.
- Add 2 cups of flour and then yeast and rest of flour.
- Mix and put in refrigerator for 4 hours. Then make into rolls.
