Ingredients
- 2 lb. hash brown potatoes, thawed
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 1 c. onion, diced
- 16 oz. sour cream
- 8 oz. shredded cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Mix in a large bowl and place in 8 x 10-inch casserole dish. Top with crushed Ritz crackers.
- Bake, uncovered, at 375° for 1 hour.
