Ingredients

  • 2 large cans Frito bean dip
  • 3 large avocados
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
  • 1 bunch green onions, chopped
  • 2 large tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 can black olives, chopped
  • 8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese

Method

  • Layer bean dip in bottom of dish.
  • Mash avocados, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
  • Layer on top of bean dip.
  • Mix sour cream, mayonnaise and taco seasoning; layer on top of avocado.
  • Layer remaining ingredients one on top of the other.
  • Chill and serve with chips.
