Ingredients
- 1 lb. frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 c. water
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- crushed corn flakes (for topping)
Method
- Mix vegetables, water and salt.
- Cook for 2 minutes.
- Pour into casserole dish.
- Mix together grated cheese, onion, celery and mayonnaise and pour mixture over the vegetable mixture.
- Top with crushed corn flakes.
- Bake at 350° until bubbly hot.
- Can be halved for smaller group.
