Ingredients

  • 4 -6 medium potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 12 teaspoons masterfoods portuguese chicken seasoning
  • 12 teaspoon garlic powder

Method

  • Peel and chop the potatoes in halves or quarters depending on size.
  • Place in a saucepan of boiling water and cook until just tender, take care not to over cook.
  • Drain the potatoes and place in a bowl, add the olive oil, portuguese chicken seasoning and garlic powder.
  • Gently toss to coat, don't worry if the potatoes get a bit roughed up, they will come out crunchier!
  • Tip the potatoes into an oiled roasting pan an cook at 450 fahrenheit/230 celsius for 30 minutes or until crispy.
