Ingredients
- 2 1/2 lb. pork tenderloin
- 4 Tbsp. minced garlic
- 1 1/2 tsp. oregano leaves
- 1 1/2 tsp. basil leaves
- 2 Tbsp. fennel seed
- 4 Tbsp. soy sauce
Method
- Place roast on heavy duty foil.
- Smear with the garlic, then sprinkle with remaining seasonings.
- Seal the roast in the foil, making a tent on top.
- Place in a pan and bake for 3 hours in a 300° oven.
