Ingredients
- 1 cup canned black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries, chopped
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Salt to taste
Method
- Stir together all ingredients in a bowl; chill at least 2 hours.
