Ingredients

  • 3 beurre bosc pears
  • 3-4 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 red onion, finely diced
  • 2 large handfuls coriander (cilantro) leaves, finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon chilli flakes
  • 1 teaspoon finely grated lime zest
  • cooking oil spray
  • 4 pork steaks, butterflied

Method

1. Cut the pears into quarters, remove the cores and chop into small dice. Sprinkle with the lime juice.

2. Combine the pear, onion, coriander, chilli flakes and lime zest and season.

3. Lightly spray a frying pan with oil and cook the pork steaks for 5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through. Serve with the salsa.
