Ingredients
- boneless pork spareribs
- 1 lb. bag frozen stir-fry vegetables
- seasonings to taste
- soy sauce to taste
Method
- Cut pork into bite size pieces.
- Brown in large skillet or wok.
- Add frozen vegetables and seasonings.
- Add a little water if necessary.
- Cover and let steam about 15 to 20 minutes.
- Serve alone or with rice.
