- 1/4 c. beer or white wine
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. horseradish
- 1 tsp. dried red pepper (spice)
- 1 whole lemon squeezing
- 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes (spice)
- 2 Tbsp. chives (spice)
- 1 Tbsp. dried chopped onion
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. sesame seed
- sprinkle of capers (as desired)
Method
- Preheat outdoor grill on medium.
- Place steak or fillet on foil large enough to wrap or enclose steak or fillet.
- Mix ingredients and pour or spread evenly over steak/fillet.
- Turn grill to low and place wrapped and sealed in foil steak/fillet on grill.
- Heat for 15 to 20 minutes depending on grill.
- Enjoy!
- Great with asparagus and baked potato.
