Ingredients

  • 1/4 c. beer or white wine
  • 1 Tbsp. honey
  • 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. horseradish
  • 1 tsp. dried red pepper (spice)
  • 1 whole lemon squeezing
  • 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes (spice)
  • 2 Tbsp. chives (spice)
  • 1 Tbsp. dried chopped onion
  • 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. sesame seed
  • sprinkle of capers (as desired)

Method

  • Preheat outdoor grill on medium.
  • Place steak or fillet on foil large enough to wrap or enclose steak or fillet.
  • Mix ingredients and pour or spread evenly over steak/fillet.
  • Turn grill to low and place wrapped and sealed in foil steak/fillet on grill.
  • Heat for 15 to 20 minutes depending on grill.
  • Enjoy!
  • Great with asparagus and baked potato.
