- 1 1/2 pounds pork front of, round pounded and cut into batonnets
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons cilantro stems
- 1 lime juice
- 1 cup corn starch
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 2 tablespoons kosher salt
- 2 teaspoons black pepper ground
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup oyster sauce
- 3 tablespoons ginger minced
- 2 tablespoons garlic minced
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
Method
- 1. Soak pork batonnets in marinade for 1 hour. Remove and Drain
- 2. Drop batonnets into cornstarch dredge and let sit for 10 minutes
- 3. Fry batonnets at 350 degrees F for 90 seconds
- 4. Garnish with Black Sesame seeds and serve with Black Pepper Sauce
- 1. Combine ingredients and mix well
- 1. Combine ingredients and bring to a boil in medium saucepan
- 2. Reduce until thick nappe is achieved
- 3. Cool to room temperature
