Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1/4 c. chopped celery
- 1/4 c. chopped cucumber
- 3/4 c. chopped carrot
- 3/4 c. chopped bell pepper
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Chop vegetables fine.
- Drain on paper towels.
- Mix cream cheese, lemon juice and mayonnaise.
- Add well drained vegetables, salt and pepper.
- Mix well.
- Chill overnight.
- Serve on snack crackers.
