Ingredients
- 6 or 8 pork chops
- potatoes (enough to serve 4 people)
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
- salt
- pepper
- onion (optional)
Method
- In oblong Pyrex dish, approximately 9 x 12-inches, slice in small pieces, enough potatoes to layer the bottom of dish or enough to feed 4 people.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- Pour in enough milk to keep potatoes from sticking (about 1/2 cup).
- Dice Velveeta cheese (about 1/2 pound) on top of potatoes..
- Lay pork chops on top of potatoes.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until chops are good and brown.
- Onions can be sliced in potatoes, if desired.
