Ingredients

  • 5 pork chops
  • garlic salt
  • pepper
  • 1 1/2 c. Minute rice
  • 2 c. water
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 onion, chopped

Method

  • Sprinkle garlic salt in large frying pan.
  • Season pork chops with garlic salt and pepper.
  • Brown pork chops in garlic salt. Combine remaining ingredients in a 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
  • Put browned pork chops on top of rice mixture.
  • Bake at 375° for 45 minutes.
