Ingredients
- 2 c. flour
- 1 c. nonfat dry milk
- 2 Tbsp. baking powder
- salt
- 1/3 c. shortening
- 3/4 c. water
Method
- Divide into little balls.
- Let rest 10 minutes.
- Make hole in middle and fry in 1/2 inch hot oil.
