Ingredients
- 4 (1/2-inch thick) pork chops
- 4 medium peeled and sliced potatoes
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix (beefy onion or onion mushroom)
Method
- Lightly brown pork chops in skillet.
- Place sliced potatoes in 2-quart greased baking dish.
- Put pork chops on top.
- Mix soup mix with water.
- Pour water over pork chops and potatoes.
- Cover and cook at 350° for 1 hour.
