Ingredients
- 6 medium-sized potatoes (raw)
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- milk
- salt and pepper
- parsley (optional)
- onions (optional)
Method
- Peel the potatoes; grind or grate them and drain them in a colander.
- Stir in the flour and milk to make a thin batter and add salt and pepper to taste.
- Parsley and onions may be added. Fry them in a well-oiled, hot skillet.
