Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. mushrooms
  • 1/4 tsp. rosemary
  • 4 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 c. red wine
  • 1/4 tsp. thyme
  • 4 lean pork chops

Method

  • Mix wine, rosemary and thyme together; set aside.
  • Take 4 pieces of foil, large enough to enclose chop loosely.
  • Place 1 tablespoon of butter on dull side of foil, in center.
  • Place chop on it, cover with 1/4 of mushrooms.
  • Fold up sides to make an unleakable pouch; pour in 1/4 cup wine mixture, then fold over foil so that there is an airspace, but so it's sealed tightly. Repeat with other chops.
