Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. mushrooms
- 1/4 tsp. rosemary
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 1 c. red wine
- 1/4 tsp. thyme
- 4 lean pork chops
Method
- Mix wine, rosemary and thyme together; set aside.
- Take 4 pieces of foil, large enough to enclose chop loosely.
- Place 1 tablespoon of butter on dull side of foil, in center.
- Place chop on it, cover with 1/4 of mushrooms.
- Fold up sides to make an unleakable pouch; pour in 1/4 cup wine mixture, then fold over foil so that there is an airspace, but so it's sealed tightly. Repeat with other chops.
