- Garlic
- Olive oil
- Collard greens or kale
- Vegetable bouillon cube
- Water
Method
- Chop garlic and saute quickly in olive oil in Dutch oven. Add greens and stir frequently while "frizzling." Add more olive oil if needed. Continue cooking until greens are not quite fully cooked. Add water and bouillon cube. Cover and cook until tender. Enjoy!
