Ingredients

  • 1 c. Kashi Seven In Morning cereal
  • 3/4 c. rolled oats
  • 1/2 c. whole-wheat flour
  • 1 Tbsp. ground flax seeds
  • 1/3 c. walnut pieces
  • 3/4 c. dried cranberries
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 6 oz. vanilla yogurt
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 large egg white
  • 1/3 c. expressed canola oil
  • 2/3 c. cane juice
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract

Method

  • Preheat oven to 350°. Combine all dry ingredients. In a food processor, process all wet ingredients until smooth. Add liquid mixture to dry and mix well. Pour batter into lightly oiled 13 x 9-inch baking dish. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Cool. Cut into squares and serve.
