Ingredients
- 6 pork chops
- 6 tablespoons rice
- 6 slices onions
- 6 slices tomatoes
- 6 slices bell peppers
- 2 cups chicken broth
Method
- Brown chops on both sides.
- Grease casserole well.
- Place 1 T. rice for each pork chop in bottom of pan.
- Place chops on rice.
- Place slice of onion, tomato and pepper on each chop.
- Cover with chicken broth; bake for 1 hour at 350.
