Ingredients
- 4 pork chops
- 1 small can kraut
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. onion rings
Method
- Drain most of juice from kraut.
- Brown pork chops and chopped onions in 1/2 stick butter.
- Put kraut in baking dish, then pork chops and sauteed onions.
- Pour mushroom soup over all and put onion rings on top.
- Bake in 350° oven until chops are tender.
