Ingredients
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 c. oil
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 3/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 c. chopped nuts
- 3 eggs
- 2 1/2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3 tart apples, diced
- 12 oz. pkg. butterscotch morsels, divided
Method
- Mix sugar, eggs and oil.
- Sift in flour, soda, salt and cinnamon.
- Mix well.
- Add apples, nuts and 1/2 of butterscotch morsels.
- Pour into greased and floured 15 x 10 x 1-inch jelly roll pan.
- Sprinkle remaining butterscotch morsels over the top.
- Bake 1 hour or until brown at 325°.
