Ingredients

  • 1-2 pound grnd beef, fried till browned
  • 1 lg. can tomatoes
  • 2 cans tomato juice
  • 1 can tomato paste
  • 1 lg. onion, finely sliced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic pwdr
  • 1 teaspoon onion pwdr
  • 4 teaspoon sugar
  • 4 bay leaves
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Method

  • Cook all together for about 1 1/2 hrs or possibly till thick.
  • 1/4 c. oil
  • Wash meat and pat dry.
  • Then put meat in large skillet and fry in oil.
  • Brown meat on both sides till nicely browned.
  • Drain grease off meat.
  • Then put your meat into your homemade sauce and let it cook for about 1 1/2-2 hrs.
