Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts, boiled, deboned and cubed
- 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes, mashed
- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 medium bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 stick butter, melted
- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. egg noodles, cooked
Method
- Cook noodles in broth until tender; drain. Saute butter, onions and bell pepper; add Ro-Tel tomatoes and cheese.
- Stir until cheese melts. Add remaining ingredients. Stir in large casserole dish. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.
